Registration for the 2035 Agri-Food-Tech Oceania Summit is now open. We would be delighted for you to join us in Auckland in April and encourage you to register early to take advantage of the early bird rate.

If you would like to gift a Summit registration to a student studying a related degree then we encourage you to purchase a Pay it Forward Registration. You will receive a full summit registration and also help support the next generation of Agri-Food-Tech professionals.*

Full Summit registration includes:

  • Registration pack, including name badge
  • Attendance at all Summit sessions
  • Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea on each day of the Summit.
  • Attendance at the Festival of Food Welcome Reception on Tuesday 26th April

Pay it Forward Registration includes:

  • All inclusions of the Full Summit Registration
  • A Summit registration for a student studying a related degree. (Student selected by organising committee).

Terms and Conditions

Confirmation of your registration and a tax invoice will be sent upon completion of your registration and successful payment.

Cancellation Policy
Should you need to cancel your registration for any reason, you may reassign your registration to another person. Please notify The Conference Company of the replacement delegate's name and contact details.

If you cancel your registration on or prior to 28 February 2022 you will receive a refund less a cancellation fee of $100. Cancellations made after this date are non-refundable.

If the 2035 Oceania Summit is unable to be held due to Government imposed COVID-19 lockdown levels, the Organising Committee’s intention is to postpone the Summit. Paying delegates will have the option to transfer registration to the postponed Summit or be refunded the registration fee.

Covid-19 Vaccination Policy

In the interests of the health and safety of everybody attending the 2035 Oceania Summit venue and in keeping with government guidelines for an event of this size, the Summit Hosts require all attendees, speakers, sponsors and exhibitors will be required to be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 and to abide by any additional protocols that might apply at that time. We will advise of any further requirements regarding the use of vaccination certificates during the Summit closer to the time.
